All you need to know to get ready and make the most of this experience (happening on Sunday July 13, 2025)

SALT+SKY is drawing closer so I thought I’d share some guidelines for preparing yourself for retreat, and making the most of the day. SALT+SKY will take place on Sunday July 13, 2025, with content released here on Substack and via email/the Substack app every two hours between 7am-9pm UK time. If you are in another time zone you can simply log in at 7am your time and follow along in your own time zone. Please read to the end of this post and download all the PDFs so you can prepare yourself in good time.

HOW IT WORKS

SALT+SKY does have a suggested schedule but it is very flexible and you are welcome to use it however you like. Content will be released on the hour every other hour throughout the day, from 7am to 9pm on Sunday July 13, 2025. This will be sent out via email and the Substack app, and you will also be able to access the archived version any time here.

Please download a copy of the schedule (below) in advance so you can prepare yourself. The day includes gentle audios from me, some optional writing invitations, yoga, meditation and a sound bath. Everything is optional. You can come with a specific project to work on, or just turn up and see what comes.
